Sirius Protection’s Land Acknowledgment Statement

  Sirius Protection operates throughout Manitoba on the ancestral lands of the Anishinaabeg, Anishininewuk, Dakota Oyate, Denesuline and Nehethowuk Nations and on the National Homeland of the Red River Métis.

Our primary office is located on Treaty No. 1 and our services extend throughout Treaties No. 2, 3, and 5. We respect the Treaties made on these territories and dedicate ourselves to move forward with Indigenous communities in a spirit of reconciliation and collaboration to make Manitoba an inclusive and accessible place for everyone.

Founded in 2018, Sirius Protection & Security Services is a locally based security guard company committed to providing reliable, community-focused protection services. Built on the belief that safety is strongest when rooted in trust, we proudly serve businesses, residential communities, events, and public facilities across the region.


Our team reflects the diverse community we protect. We foster an inclusive working environment where guards from different backgrounds, cultures, and skill sets bring unique strengths to the job. Hope for a New Beginning, Animal Rescue

Hope for a New Beginning is an Animal Rescue started by Sirius Animal Control Officers in 2021 as a way to help out animals that had injuries needing tending to that were discovered during their regular duties.
